Today is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. It is a Holy Day of Obligation even though it is a Saturday. How about going to Mass together and then out for a breakfast date. If that’s not possible because you have children that also need to attend Mass, then find a way to celebrate the Holy Day together in a special way.
