You have probably heard of Benedictine Spirituality, Franciscan Spirituality, Dominican Spirituality, etc. We are not all called to religious life, but we are all called to holiness. For those of us called to the vocation of Matrimony, we too need a plan and a focus, a "spirituality."

About the Event
You are invited to "Come away to a deserted place all by yourselves and rest awhile,” Mark 6:31-33. Join us for a weekend away from the chaos of the world so that you have the quiet to hear each other and to hear Our Lord speak into your marriage.
This retreat will share the first of the 8 elements of Matrimonial Spirituality, the Sacramental Life of Marriage. The Sacramental Life is the foundation of our marriages. Why?, Who?, and How? are all crucial questions that once answered can change our union with Our Lord in the Sacrament of the Eucharist and give us a greater desire to be reunited with Him in the Sacrament of Confession. When lived as a couple, their union is greatly deepened, drawing them towards one another in their quest for greater union with Christ.
We will also have the blessing of participating with the monks in the Liturgy, both Holy Mass and some of the Hours. Join us for a potentially marriage-changing weekend in a holy environment with holy monks learning how to grow in holiness and in love with Christ and with one another!
